Also if you wanna add customizable settings (red accent color,old logo,small searchbar) you should make a separate CSS theme to either make your google 2014 JS recreation look more like it did in 2012-2013 or 2016-2018 (if you want)

Hi!!! I've noticed google updating their site every minute which breaks your CSS theme but here are 2 suggestions to make an old google 2014-2016 recreation:
NOT using CSS at all,rebuild the old google and other google websites using JS script. (I saw a script named "Cosmic cat" which is a YouTube from 2012 layout recreation and its based on JSON and it is pretty accurate to YouTube from 2012 and it doesn't break when YouTube updates their site except its no longer in delevopment and it still has bugs)
