Hmm, it's working OK for me. Are you using Tampermonkey? What version of Chrome or Firefox?
OK, I checked in Chrome and the storyboard images were failing to load. I've just updated with a small fix for that.

Stopped working after recent Youtube changes
Hi, it's a great script, I have been using it for a long time.
Youtube is probably in the process of making changes to their pages, because I have seen multiple little changes these last 1-2 weeks. Since then, your script has not been working. Also there are no error when looking in the web console.
