Thanks for the report! I fixed it in v1.4.19.
It's a bit tricky to test that kind of feature since it's not often that I have an image fail to load. Should work fine now, but let me know if it gives you any more issues.
Reloaded images get pushed to the end
If I click reload, the image is pushed to the end of the image queue
