Version 4.08 has been released.
version 4.08 is reporting my friends shared posts as Sponsored posts.

Apologies - there was a bug with the fix for sponsored post that was applied in 4.08.
Released v4.09 with the correct fix applied.

I haven't seen any sponsored posts slipping through yet - are you able to supply a sample html code of a sponsored post?
