谷歌浏览器将百度设置为启动时默认打开的首页, 插件会失效 目前的解决方案是删除启动时默认打开的页面是百度, 勾选启动时打开新标签页, 插件生效.
原因就是tampermonkey的一个bug，等tampermonkey更新吧，目前beta版本是好的，正式版本未修复
为啥百度设置成首页脚本就会失效呢，奇怪的bug
