Open a stream in one tab and then open another tab to the Twitch Inventory Page (https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory)

The browser will keep auto-refreshing the Inventory Page automatically because of this script and if it is possible to claim any item, it will claim it and then refresh the page.
