Time formats for twitter are wrong. For example 【5】dd.MM.yy(W) HH:mm:ss shows dd.MM.yy HH:mm

Bad It doesn't seem to be working for me on YouTube. I dont get any option for the download button or anything else that indicates its working. What am I doing wrong?
